Rohit Kumar

Founder and CEO

Seasoned HR and Talent Management professional with over 20 years experience of living and working across diverse countries and industries in Asia. An INSEAD (Singapore) alumnus, Rohit has a background of leadership roles in strategic workforce planning, organization development, talent management, and change management, with a particular focus on developing mid-senior level leaders and driving leadership excellence.
